RESERVATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage guest enquiries, room reservations, wellness retreat bookings, and booking confirmations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a smooth booking experience for guests.

Requirements

- Handle guest enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
- Manage room reservations, wellness retreat packages, and booking requests.
- Provide accurate information about room categories, rates, facilities, wellness programs, and available packages.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Process booking confirmations, cancellations, amendments, and special requests.
- Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, sales, and wellness teams to ensure smooth guest arrangements.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems regularly.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy.
- Handle guest requests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with guests regarding payments, arrival details, and pre-arrival requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, resorts, or wellness retreats.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam, English, Arabic,



Hindi languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), or online travel agency platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and bookings efficiently.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a guest-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in hotels, luxury resorts, Ayurveda centers, wellness retreats, or spa resorts will be preferred.
- Experience handling direct bookings, online reservations, and wellness package enquiries is an advantage.
- A proactive, service-oriented individual who enjoys creating positive guest experiences.
