Job Summary

We are looking for a Research Literature Analyst to examine published academic studies, compare research methodologies, identify knowledge gaps, and organize relevant literature for research projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Search for relevant research articles using Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, and other academic databases.
- Review journal papers, conference proceedings, and scholarly publications.
- Analyze research objectives, methodologies, results, and limitations.
- Compare existing studies and identify research gaps.
- Categorize research papers according to topics and technical approaches.
- Maintain accurate references and bibliographic information.




- Prepare literature review tables and structured analysis reports.
- Verify source information and avoid plagiarism through proper citation and attribution.

Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, or PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 75% academic score.
- Robust reading, analytical, and information-classification skills.
- Understanding of research papers and academic publishing.
- Knowledge of MS Word and reference management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience reviewing technical or academic literature.
- Familiarity with IEEE, Springer, ScienceDirect, and Scopus-indexed publications.
- Knowledge of citation styles and reference management tools.

Ideal Candidate A candidate who enjoys reading academic papers, comparing technical approaches, and identifying useful insights from published research. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
