Role Description The Research Associate will support laboratory-based research activities, including planning, executing, and documenting experiments in alignment with project goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining laboratory equipment,



preparing reagents and samples, and following standardized protocols to ensure high-quality, reproducible data.

The Research

Associate will collaborate with senior scientists and cross-functional teams, participate in regular project meetings, and adhere to safety and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- MSc in Plant Science, Botany, Agriculture, or a related field, or
- BSc in the same fields with a few years of relevant lab/field experience
- Solid lab skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication

Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with plant tissue culture (micropropagation, callus induction, media preparation)

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
