Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Monitor and update customer credit limits as per company policies and insurer guidelines

- Handle end-to-end credit insurance processes including policy management and claims support

- Maintain and update insurance-related documentation and records

- Prepare periodic reports on credit exposure, insurance coverage, and outstanding receivables

- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals, limit enhancements, and claim settlements

- Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) for smooth execution of credit and insurance processes

- Ensure timely submission of required data/reports to insurers





- Support audits by providing necessary financial and insurance-related documentation

- Identify risks related to credit and suggest mitigation measures

Key Requirements:

- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit control, and financial reporting

- Knoeledge in dealing with insurance companies (e.g., ECGC, private insurers) is preferred

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP systems)

- Valuable analytical, coordination, and communication skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
