- Develop and improve recent products based on customer and business requirements.
- Conduct research, experiments, and product trials to evaluate product performance.
- Support new product development (NPD) and existing product improvement activities.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; reports, technical documents, and test results.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchase teams for product development.
- Conduct raw material testing and evaluate alternative materials.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and identify root causes.
- Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Support process improvement, cost reduction, and product optimization.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety procedures
