We are seeking a highly experienced SSB Psychologist Expert to join our premier defense coaching academy. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, mentoring, and shaping National Defence Academy (NDA) aspirants to clear the rigorous Services Selection Board (SSB) psychological tests.Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Psychological Testing: Administer and evaluate Thematic Apperception Tests (TAT), Word Association Tests (WAT), Situation Reaction Tests (SRT), and Self-Description Tests (SD)。

- Provide Personalized Feedback: Analyze individual personality traits, identify gaps in Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), and deliver constructive, one-on-one feedback.

- Design Training Modules: Develop strategic techniques to help candidates overcome performance anxiety, improve spatial awareness, and build emotional resilience.

- Simulate SSB Environments:



Conduct realistic mock interview sessions and group dynamic reviews to mirror actual selection center standards.

Required Qualifications

- Ex-Services Selection Board (SSB) Psychologist or DIPR (Defence Institute of Psychological Research) trained qualified (highly preferred).

- Deep understanding of the 15 Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) and the official evaluation matrix.

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience mentoring defense aspirants for NDA, CDS, or AFCAT.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide empathetic yet direct behavioral coaching.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
