Job Summary

Vacanza Developers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Rent Coordinator to manage rental coordination, tenant communication, rent collection follow-ups, lease documentation, and rental records for commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with tenants regarding monthly rent payments and due dates.
- Follow up with tenants for pending rent, outstanding payments, and overdue amounts.
- Maintain rent collection records and update rental payment sheets regularly.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payment verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain tenant databases, lease agreements, security deposit records, and rent details.
- Track lease expiry dates, rent escalation dates, renewal dates, and agreement validity.
- Communicate with tenants regarding rental queries, payment issues, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to resolve tenant-related issues.




- Prepare monthly rent collection reports, outstanding rent reports, and payment status updates.
- Assist in preparing rent receipts, renewal documents, and other rental-related paperwork.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain professional relationships with tenants.
- Submit daily and monthly reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com or BBA will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Rent Coordination, Property Management, Real Estate, or Accounts Coordination.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of rent agreements, security deposits, and rental processes.
- Good command of MS Excel and record management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to coordinate with tenants, accounts teams, and management.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in commercial property management, rent collection, tenant coordination, and lease documentation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
