Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Rental Sales Executive to manage property rental inquiries, connect with prospective tenants and property owners, conduct site visits, and close rental deals. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of the Noida real estate market, and a personal vehicle for property visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate rental leads through calls, online portals, references, and market visits.
- Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and understand their budget and property preferences.
- Coordinate with property owners and landlords to obtain rental property listings.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms between tenants and property owners.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful rental closures.
- Maintain a database of available properties, clients, and prospective tenants.




- Achieve monthly rental targets and maintain daily activity reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients.
- Stay updated on rental prices, market trends, and available properties in Noida.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in real estate rentals or property sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales and communication skills may also apply.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of the Noida property market will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.

Compensation Salary and incentives will be discussed based on experience and performance during the interview.
