Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, explain our services, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.

Explain company registration, compliance, and other business services professionally.

Follow up with leads, address client queries, and convert prospects into customers.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.





Maintain accurate lead records and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Valuable sales, follow-up, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Professional communication style and a customer-focused approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, company registration, GST, compliance, or related service industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
