Roles and Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and provide service information.
- Follow up with customers to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate property visits, service requests, and customer requirements with internal teams.
- Explain service packages, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain customer information, interactions, and follow-up records in the CRM.




- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid customer relationship management abilities.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Sales-oriented approach and target achievement skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
