We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Sales to drive Mercedes-Benz vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium luxury buying experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing prospective customers, conducting vehicle presentations and test drives and achieving sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through referrals, walk-ins, networking, digital enquiries and customer databases.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets to recommend suitable Mercedes-Benz models.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, technology, pricing and available offers to prospective customers.
- Conduct skilled vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads and enquiries to convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle bookings, retail sales and revenue.
- Maintain regular contact with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.




- Follow Mercedes-Benz brand standards, sales processes and customer experience guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Experience with a luxury automotive brand will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
