Hiring: Relationship Manager (RM) / Relationship Officer (RO) – Home Loans

AlienHouse Networks is hiring on behalf of our partner company in the home loan and financial services sector.

ELIGIBILITY

- Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan field sales
- CIBIL score of 700 or above
- Age: below 35 years
- Candidates currently or previously employed with DBA companies will not be considered

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- Annual CTC: ₹3.5 LPA to ₹4 LPA, or up to 30% hike on last drawn salary, subject to company norms
- Monthly in-hand: approx. ₹30,000 to ₹32,000
- Travelling Allowance (TA)
- Health Insurance
- Performance-based incentives

WORKING SCHEDULE

- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week
- Weekly off: 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month

INTERVIEW PROCESS

- Round 1: Telephonic interview
- Round 2: Face-to-face interview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES





- Generate business through field sales and customer acquisition for home loan products
- Identify potential customers and develop current business opportunities
- Conduct field visits and promote suitable loan products
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Guide customers through the home loan application and documentation process
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement
- Achieve assigned sales targets
