Job Role and Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Contact potential customers using leads provided directly by the company and understand their life insurance requirements.
- Bank Tie-up Coordination: Coordinate with leading private sector banks that have partnerships with the insurance company to generate life insurance business.
- Customer Meetings: Meet prospective customers, explain insurance solutions, and recommend suitable policies based on their financial needs.
- Product Explanation: Explain life insurance plans, premium amounts, policy benefits, coverage, and other relevant features.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up with interested customers, address their queries, and convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Business Development: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the insurance business.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with customers and bank employees to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Documentation: Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC documents, and the policy application process.
- Customer Service:



Follow up with customers regarding policy issuance, premium payments, and basic policy-related queries.
- Field Visits: Travel locally for customer meetings and bank coordination as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with experience in life insurance, bancassurance, BFSI, banking sales, or financial product sales are preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work in field sales and attend customer meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Madurai.
