Division: RBG CV (Relationship Banking Group Commercial Vehicle)

- Ahmedabad (Ahmedabad, Baroda & Surat Coverage),
- Salem - Partial Tamil Nadu coverage,
- Gurgaon - NCR Coverage
- Ludhiana - Punjab Coverage.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: We are accepting applicants from those who are prepared to lead Small Ticket Working Capital business for clients in the Construction Equipment (CE) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) industries. Using the current CVCE Retail customer database for integrated sourcing, relationship building, and portfolio expansion will be the main focus of the position.

Role:

- Encourage the recruitment of Small Ticket Working Capital clients from the current CV & CE retail clientele.
- Determine the working capital needs of contractors, CE owners, fleet operators, and transporters by using data-driven engagement.
- Create and expand a high-quality pipeline by using cross-selling and integrated sourcing strategies.
- Oversee the whole client lifetime, including sourcing, credit evaluation, onboarding, paperwork, and payment.
- To increase client penetration, fortify dealer and ecosystem ties.
- Make ensuring the business, profitability, cross-sell, and portfolio quality goals are met.
- For smooth execution, collaborate well with the Credit, Operations, Collections, and Retail CVCE departments.





Requirements:

- Experience in commercial banking, working capital, SME lending, dealer finance, CV finance, CE finance, or similar industries for at least three to five years.
- strong knowledge of working capital requirements, business cash flow cycles, and the CV & CE industry.
- strong ability to source, manage relationships, and evaluate credit. proven capacity to build a firm while preserving the caliber of a portfolio.

- expertise using current customer datasets to cross-sell banking products.
- knowledge of the mining, construction, transportation, logistics, infrastructure, and contracting industries.
- solid analytical talents, the capacity to engage customers, and an emphasis on execution.
- self-driven individual capable of working in a high-growth setting and possessing an entrepreneurial attitude.
