? Experience Required
- Minimum 7- 10 years of experience in secured lending
- Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Working Capital Loans
- Experience with a leading Bank or NBFC is preferred
? Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire recent business through direct marketing
- Generate loan leads through personal contacts, references and cold calling
- Convert internal cross-sell opportunities and call-centre leads
- Achieve business targets through self-sourcing and lead conversion
? Product Exposure
Candidates should have exposure to sourcing the following loan products:
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Business Loans (BL)
- Medical Equipment / Machinery Loans
- Shopkeeper Loans (SKL)
