: Relationship Executive ABHI Connect

Role Purpose The candidate is a virtual sales role in ABHI Connect responsible for driving health insurance business through a portfolio of mapped branches of a leading bancassurance partner of Aditya Birla Health Insurance.

The executive will virtually connect with Branch Managers and branch staff (SPs) on a regular basis, build strong relationships and trust, engage and train them on ABHI propositions, generate customer leads/referrals, and actively work on these opportunities to drive sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

Virtual Branch Relationship Management

- Manage a portfolio of mapped bank branches through regular calls and virtual engagement.
- Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and key branch staff.
- Establish ABHI Connect as a trusted and responsive partner for the branch.
- Maintain regular engagement to ensure strong ABHI mindshare within mapped branches.

Sales & Lead Generation

- Own sales targets for the assigned portfolio of branches.
- Drive customer leads and referrals from Branch Managers and staff.




- Identify sales opportunities through regular conversations with the branches.
- Follow up consistently on leads and take ownership of opportunities through to closure.

Branch Engagement & Training

- Conduct regular virtual product and sales training for branch teams.
- Educate staff on ABHI products, propositions, campaigns and relevant customer profiles.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred experience: Insurance Sales, Bancassurance, or Tele-sales in BFSI.
- Comfortable building and sustaining relationships virtually through calls and digital interactions.
- Solid sales and target orientation.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and generate business without being physically present at the branch.
- Prior experience working in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
- Understanding of health/life/general insurance products would be an advantage.
