Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to drive new business growth.
- Develop robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong skills in inside sales, loan sales, credit card sales, cross selling, upselling, and telesales.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
