Key Performance Areas & Department Vacancies

We are accepting applications for the following clinical specialities:

- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Units
- Emergency Room (ER) / Casualty Department
- Operating Room (OR) / Operation Theatre (OT)
- NICU / PICU (Neonatal & Pediatric Critical Care)
- General Medical-Surgical Wards
- Outpatient Departments (OPD)

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications1. Academic Profile & Qualified Registration:

- Educational Background: B.Sc. Nursing (4-year regular program) is highly preferred. GNM Diploma (3-year program) or Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing graduates are also eligible.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid, active license/registration certificate with any State Nursing Council in India (e.g., MNC, TNC, KNC, etc.).

2. Clinical Experience:

- Duration: Minimum 24 months (2 years) of continuous, post-registration clinical experience is mandatory. Experience gained prior to permanent council registration will not be considered.
- Hospital Profile: Candidates currently working in or coming from accredited hospitals (NABH/JCI) with a 100+ bed capacity will be accorded immediate priority.

Global Licensing & Compliance (Preferred):

- DataFlow PSV: Candidates who have already initiated or completed their DataFlow Primary Source Verification (PSV) with a 'Positive' report are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prometric Eligibility holders will have an added advantage.
