WE ARE HIRING – REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Drive sales of RAM Antivirus products, including Antivirus, Internet Security, and Total Security.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure consistent business growth.
- Conduct market visits and implement effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in sales and business development.




- Strong knowledge of sales, target achievement, and channel partner development is a must.
- Experience in antivirus, IT software, cybersecurity, or related product sales will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
