Job Summary

Celectric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, develop new business opportunities, manage channel partners, and drive revenue growth for our EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, team management, dealer/distributor development, and regional business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories and expand the company's market presence.
- Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, channel partners, OEMs, corporate clients, and other B2B customers.
- Promote EV chargers, EV charging stations, and related charging infrastructure solutions.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and sales executives to achieve individual and regional targets.
- Develop sales pipelines, generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, market visits, and business development activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and regional business opportunities.
- Prepare and review sales forecasts, regional performance reports, and target achievement reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop regional sales plans,



monitor team performance, and take corrective action to achieve targets.
- Travel across the assigned region for client meetings, partner development, and market expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in B2B or channel sales.
- Prior experience in team handling and regional sales management.
- Experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, electronics, automotive, power solutions, or infrastructure sales will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor networks, channel development, and territory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to achieve revenue targets and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting, CRM tools, and business presentations.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
