- Achieve assigned targets through sourcing of Credit Proposals
- Responsible for overall team targets and performance.
- Responsible for Profitability of region
- Meeting customers and understanding the overall proposal.
- Compliance of standard policy and procedures from Login to disbursement of the proposal
- Recruitment of teams and retention
- Oversee Collections and portfolio quality for the region
