Job Summary The Regional Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing regional admissions, building relationships with parents and community stakeholders, developing institutional partnerships, and supporting student enrolment and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and relationship-building skills, a good understanding of the local community, and the ability to achieve admission and outreach targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Admissions & Enrolment: Drive school and madrasa admissions through parent counselling, follow-ups, and community outreach.
- Community Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with parents, community leaders, local organisations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Regional Outreach: Identify opportunities to increase awareness of Ashrafia Group's educational initiatives across assigned regions.
- Institutional Partnerships: Develop partnerships with schools, madrasas, community organisations, and other relevant institutions.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to support admissions, outreach activities, and relationship development.




- Parent Counselling: Explain academic programmes, institutional facilities, admission procedures, and other relevant information to prospective parents.
- Student Enrolment Targets: Work towards assigned admission and outreach targets and maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Reporting: Submit regular reports on field activities, admission progress, community engagement, and regional performance to the reporting manager.
- Regional Development: Identify local opportunities and recommend strategies to improve institutional visibility and admissions.

Regional Vacancies We have 5 openings across the following locations:
- Maharashtra: 2 Positions – Vidarbha Region
- Odisha: 1 Position – Statewide Outreach
- North Chhattisgarh: 1 Position – Including adjoining Shahdol (MP)
- South Chhattisgarh: 1 Position – Regional Outreach

Candidates should be comfortable travelling within their assigned region for field visits and outreach activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience in admissions, sales, community outreach, education, or relationship management will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with parents and community stakeholders.




- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain reports and records.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Muslim community outreach, school and madrasa networks, and educational initiatives.
- Familiarity with the local language and culture of the assigned region.
- Experience in school admissions, educational counselling, field sales, community mobilisation, or institutional partnerships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.

Language Requirements
- Vidarbha, Maharashtra: Marathi preferred.
- Odisha: Odia preferred.
- North Chhattisgarh: Hindi preferred.
- South Chhattisgarh: Hindi preferred.
- Knowledge of Urdu and English is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
