We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager to lead our Jaipur region, strengthen business operations, expand our network and drive sustainable revenue growth.

1. Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across the region.
- Develop current corporate, retail, credit and cargo customers.
- Increase business from existing customers and identify new opportunities.
- Promote premium services, including ProEx, ProPremium and International Couriers.

1. Collections & Financial Management

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from credit customers.
- Monitor branch expenses, profitability and cash flow.
- Work towards making every branch financially self-sufficient.
- Review customer credit limits, ageing and overdue accounts.

1. Branch Operations & Service Quality

- Supervise branch operations, pickups, deliveries and shipment movement.
- Ensure timely deliveries, accurate system updates and minimal service complaints.
- Monitor transit performance, pending deliveries and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.

1. Franchise & Network Development

- Identify and appoint new franchisees and business associates.
- Strengthen existing franchise relationships and improve their business performance.
- Expand delivery coverage by adding serviceable pincodes.




- Ensure franchisees receive adequate operational support and business opportunities.

1. Team Leadership & Performance

- Lead and motivate Territory Managers, Branch Managers and operational teams.
- Set clear targets and regularly review individual and branch performance.
- Develop staff productivity, accountability and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.

1. Reporting & Coordination

- Submit periodic reports on sales, collections, expenses, profitability and operational performance.
- Coordinate with Zonal Management, Head Office and functional departments.
- Identify business challenges and implement timely corrective measures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Preferably 8–15 years in courier, express logistics, cargo or related service industries.
- Preferred background: At least 3–5 years in regional or multi-branch management.
- Strong knowledge of the Jaipur/Rajasthan market and local business opportunities.
- Proven experience in sales development, credit collections, franchise management and branch operations.
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting and logistics management systems.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
