Roles and Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop a strong pipeline of potential hotel projects by participating in industry forums, networking events, hospitality conferences, broker networks, and market intelligence platforms

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, consultants, and key stakeholders to identify business development opportunities

- Coordinate with property owners, Legal, Finance, and external consultants to facilitate term sheets, commercial negotiations, agreements, due diligence, and contract execution
- Support negotiations with property owners to achieve commercially viable and mutually beneficial agreements

- Work closely with Project, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and architect teams to conduct feasibility assessments and evaluate new hotel opportunities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Tamara brands, positioning, brand standards, and technical specifications to recommend the most suitable brand for each opportunity





- Prepare and evaluate financial models for Lease, Management Contract, and other commercial structures, including investment returns, profitability, and business viability
- Maintain a database of potential projects, owners, and market opportunities,

and provide regular business development pipeline updates to leadership

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and location assessments to identify strategic expansion opportunities
- Ensure timely coordination across internal functions to drive projects from opportunity identification through signing and handover for execution

Job Requirements :

- 10–15+ years of experience in hotel sales/business development
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies.

- Robust understanding of asset management principles and practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
