Alpine Dental is building a premium network of modern dental clinics across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, delivering comprehensive dental solutions under one roof. We are seeking an experienced Regional Dental Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and sustainable growth across our expanding network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations, performance, and service standards across multiple clinics.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and quality of care.
- Lead and develop clinic teams, consultants, and support staff.
- Drive compliance, process standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor revenue, costs, inventory, and overall business performance.
- Support business development, referral partnerships, and expansion initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MHA, MBA,



or equivalent) preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in dental, healthcare, hospital, or multi-site clinic operations.
- Solid understanding of dental practice workflows and patient care processes.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in process improvement, performance management, and business operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
