Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / Recruitment Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates and clients until offer and joining.
- Build candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and end-to-end recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
