We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our growing Executive Search & Recruitment team at Steno House.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with professionals across industries, understands talent dynamics, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Role & responsibilities

- Handling end-to-end recruitment assignments
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screening and shortlisting suitable profiles
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining solid candidate relationships
- Understanding client requirements and delivering quality profiles within timelines

Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Passion for recruitment and people interaction

Ability to work independently and multitask

Prior recruitment experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals is an advantage
