Job Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support offer letters and onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or PUC.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Freshers can apply; training will be provided.
- Experienced candidates with recruitment knowledge are preferred.

Skills Required
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidate sourcing and screening.
- Time management and coordination.

Salary: As per company standards and experience.
