Recovery Manager-AGRI-FIN-PROJECTS (AF)-Recovery Branch Job Role:

- Identifying key channel partners resulting in the accounts are getting taken over by other banks / Exit.
- Building a strong Relationship with the customers of the designated portfolio in terms of getting the sufficient churning in the account and convincing the clients for reduction in exposure • Building a strong Chanel network/ self-driven for achieving greater market reach in locations • Designing planning & executing activities and channel engagement programs enabling efforts which translate into reduction of higher number of Stressed cases in the designated portfolio • Person would need to achieve the location budget in terms of reduction in limits/ exiting the cases • Define strategy,



prioritize development roadmap and prioritization.

Job Requirements: · Qualifications Graduate/ MBA and /or professional degree preferred · Should have at Least 3-5 Years of experience in recovery / sales management · Knowledge of Working Capital Business and fluency in atleast 1 local language preferred for the Postitions at Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Surat . · Demonstrated success leading and driving teams towards ambitious tar gets.

- Should a team player, solid on relationship management and be ready to travel widely.
