- Recovery of outstanding payments
- Handling investor queries and objections
- Payment negotiation and commitment management
- Payment reminders and communication
- Coordination with internal departments
- Collection reporting and target achievement
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in real estate collection, credit collection, debt recovery, or related payment recovery field .
- Robust follow-up and Recovery Skills
- Target-oriented and revenue-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls or emails.
