Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Recovery Executive to manage the recovery of Airtel Wi-Fi routers, modems, and related equipment from customers whose broadband services have been disconnected. The role involves field visits, customer coordination, equipment collection, and timely reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations to recover Airtel Wi-Fi routers and modems after service disconnection.
- Contact customers and coordinate equipment collection schedules.
- Collect routers, modems, adapters, and other related Airtel equipment.
- Verify the condition and quantity of recovered devices.
- Update recovery status and collection details in the company application.
- Handle customers professionally and resolve equipment collection-related queries.




- Coordinate with the team leader and operations team to ensure timely recovery.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: 12th Pass or above.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Must be willing to travel the assigned area.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred or required.
