About the Role: We are looking for a pleasant, communicative, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team in Vijayawada. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our office and actively reach out to clients/customers over the phone to explain our services and handle inquiries.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Reception: Warmly greet, welcome, and guide visitors, clients, and guests as they arrive at the office. Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure all stationery, visitor logs, and reception materials are organized. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries.

Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth meeting room scheduling and visitor management. Telecalling & Customer Support: Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads/clients to introduce services and schedule appointments. Answer incoming phone calls promptly, address customer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

Maintain accurate call records, logs,



and follow-up notes in spreadsheets or CRM software. Provide basic information regarding products/services in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications &

Requirements: Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate preferred).

Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in front desk management, customer care, or telecalling. (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply!) Languages Known: Fluent in Telugu and good working knowledge of English (Hindi is a plus).

Skills: Pleasant telephone etiquette and qualified face-to-face communication. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Web browsing). Valuable organizational and multitasking skills. Punctual, reliable, and presentable.
