WE ARE HIRING | HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Location: Unicus, Shyamal, Ahmedabad

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to manage HR operations and administrative activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Functions

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.

Administration Functions

- Manage office administration and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
- Handle travel bookings, logistics, and office maintenance.
- Manage petty cash and administrative expenses.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.





Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR practices.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in a corporate or CA firm environment, with familiarity with payroll systems and statutory compliance. Interested candidates can connect at (phone hidden).
