We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, confident, and customer-focused professionals who can build relationships, manage prospective buyers, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective property buyers and understand their budget, preferences, location requirements, and purchase plans.
- Explain suitable residential real estate projects and provide accurate project information.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Coordinate property site visits and communicate with developer representatives.
- Understand customer concerns, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to move qualified buyers toward booking.
- Support customers throughout the sales process and provide timely updates.
- Escalate complex negotiations and approvals to the reporting manager.




- Work toward sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical customer service.

Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Good follow-up discipline and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand customer needs and build trust.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, telesales, field sales, or other sales roles is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Comfortable with office-based work and property site visits as required.
