Job Title: R&D; Manager – Ayurvedic

:

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager with expertise in Ayurvedic product development and herbal formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop herbal formulations for tablets, bolus, creams, ointments, gels, powders, and oral liquids.
- Manage R&D; setup, raw material sampling, and analysis.
- Handle product licensing, regulatory documentation, approvals, and R&D; audits.
- Develop and improve formulations for Indian and export markets.
- Conduct product feasibility research and stability studies.
- Collaborate with global teams on R&D; projects.




- Prepare product specifications to ensure quality, safety, and consistency.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to the Sales & Marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5–8 years of experience in the Ayurvedic industry.
- Strong knowledge of herbal formulations, product development, and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
