We are seeking an experienced and skilled Radiographer In-Charge to oversee the Radiology Department, including CT and MRI/MRA services. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of diagnostic imaging quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and supervise CT, MRI/MRA and X-ray imaging procedures.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department.

- Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning and monitoring during imaging procedures.

- Follow established imaging protocols and radiation and MRI safety guidelines.

- Supervise radiology staff and coordinate duty schedules.

- Ensure image quality and timely completion of diagnostic procedures.





- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Maintain patient records, imaging reports and departmental documentation.

- Coordinate with radiologists, consultants and other healthcare professionals.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices and applicable safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology.

- Relevant experience in CT and MRI/MRA imaging.

- Previous experience in a hospital radiology department is required.

- Prior supervisory or departmental in-charge experience is preferred.
