Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in construction estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.

- Demonstrated experience preparing BOQs and cost estimates for construction or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- BOQ Preparation: Thoroughly review 2D drawings, 3D models, and project specifications to extract accurate material take-offs and compile comprehensive, well-structured Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering and execution.

- Rate Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and rate analysis for materials, labor, and equipment across multiple vendors to ensure competitive, accurate, and profitable pricing for every project.

- Quotation &
- Tendering:

Prepare, review, and submit detailed commercial quotes, cost estimates, and complete tender documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict submission deadlines.

- Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and compile floating inquiries and quotations from sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure the most cost-effective and reliable options.

- Cost Optimization:



Identify value-engineering opportunities and alternative materials or methods to reduce overall project costs without compromising quality, safety, or compliance.

- Drawing &

- Specification Review:

Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately to ensure quantities and cost estimates reflect the true scope of work.

- Cost Tracking &

- Reporting:

Track actual project costs against estimates, flag variances, and provide regular cost reports to project managers and management.

- Documentation &

- Record-Keeping:

Maintain organized records of BOQs, rate analyses, vendor quotations, and tender submissions for audit and reference purposes.

- Coordination with Site &

- Project Teams:

Liaise with site engineers and project managers to validate quantities against actual site conditions and progress.

- Contract Support: Assist in reviewing contract terms related to costing, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
