Prepare and submit Monthly Progress/Running Account (RA) Bills to the client/consultant based on site measurements and completed work.

Monitor actual site expenditure against the baseline budget to track gross margin and highlight cost overruns early

Measure work executed by labour, Piece Rate worker and subcontractors, verify their running bills, and process payments in alignment with contract terms

Identify design changes, site obstructions, or scope creep, quantify their cost and time impact, and submit formal variation claims to the client for approval

Conduct regular reconciliation of major civil materials (cement, steel reinforcement, form work, aggregate) against theoretical consumption to control waste

Sending required Reports to the Head office for the Progress Review Meeting
