Job SummaryThe QC Executive ensures that all manufactured pumps, components, and raw materials meet strict quality, performance, and safety standards before they leave the factory.Key Responsibilities

- Inspecting Materials: Check incoming raw materials and casting components against technical blueprints and specifications.
- In-Process Testing: Monitor the assembly line to catch machining errors, alignment issues, or assembly defects early.
- Performance Testing: Conduct pressure tests, hydrostatic tests, and motor performance checks to ensure pumps function correctly without leaks.
- Final Inspection: Verify the final product's dimensions, paint quality, labeling, and packaging before shipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate inspection reports, test logs, and calibration records for ISO or external audits.
- Defect Analysis: Identify root causes of product failures and work with the production team to fix manufacturing errors.

Key Requirements

- Education:



Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints and use measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, pressure gauges).
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of pump operations, hydraulics, and casting/machining processes.
- Experience: 1–3 years of QC experience in a manufacturing environment (valves, pumps, or heavy machinery preferred).
