– Quality Engineer

Basic Qualification: DME / BE – Mechanical

Experience: 1–5 years maximum

Industry Preference: Sheet Metal Fabrication and Machining

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Positive knowledge of engineering drawing study and interpretation.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Trimos, etc.
- Experience in quality inspection of sheet metal components, machined parts, and welding components.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, laser cutting, and other machining processes.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control systems, inspection plans, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, components, in-process products, and finished products.
- Identify defects,



analyse quality issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring quality problems.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimisation, and defect reduction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
