- ERECTION WORKS :

- Drawing &

- Spec Review:

Read and interpret complex fabrication drawings, weld maps, isometric views, and geometric tolerances.

- Material Traceability &

- Inspection:

Inspect incoming steel plates, structural sections, pipes, and fittings, verifying Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and heat numbers.

- Welding &

- Fit-Up Supervision:

Monitor joint preparation, root gaps, tack welding, and overall fit-up; review WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), PQR (Procedure Qualification Records), and WQR/WPQ (Welder Qualification Records).

- In-Process &

- Dimensional Checks:

Use precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tape measures, angle finders) to check squareness, flatness, alignment, and structural dimensions.





- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Coordination: Plan, witness, and review NDT methods such as Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT).

- Documentation &

- Dossiers:

Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), weld logs, NDT reports, and final quality data books/dossiers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
