The Quality Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and continually improving the hospital's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with NABH standards, promoting patient safety, strengthening clinical governance and coordinating continuous quality improvement activities.

The candidate should preferably have an MHA, MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management, or B.Sc. Nursing with relevant qualifications, along with 58 years of hospital experience, including at least 3 years in quality management. Hands-on experience in NABH accreditation, internal audits, quality indicators, patient safety, RCA, CAPA, documentation, and quality improvement projects is essential.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and coordination skills, with the ability to independently implement and monitor NABH 6th Edition standards in a multispecialty hospital.
