Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures. Monitor production/process quality and ensure standards are followed. Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished goods. Identify defects and take corrective & preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory standards. Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation. Lead and train QC inspectors and quality staff. Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
Handle customer complaints related to quality and resolve root causes. Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PAPER INDUSTRY. COMPLETE KNOWLEDGE OF ISO / BRC / FSC AUDIT.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,670.52 - ₹35,000.00 per month
