Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine analysis of Raw Materials (RM), In-Process (IP), Intermediates, and Finished Products (FP) as per approved specifications and test methods.
- Conduct wet chemistry tests including assay, titration, identification, loss on drying, residue on ignition, pH, and related analytical evaluations.
- Prepare, standardize, and maintain volumetric solutions, reagents, and laboratory standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of analytical data, test results,



and laboratory records in compliance with GMP and Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Review analytical records and report out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results to the supervisor.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure calibration status before use.
- Participate in method validation, method verification, and analytical troubleshooting activities.
- Adhere to laboratory safety guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of testing activities to support production and release schedules.
