Job Summary To ensure all customer requirments and engineering standards are met consistently in parts,process and product and to be designed and manufactured to achieve desired customer satisfaction levels for end customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Read drawings and understand functional importance towards product performance
- Discuss and signoff system requirments with all stakeholders and suppliers
- Participate in DFMEA, DFM, DFA & DFS reviews and share feedback.
- Prepare past failure data of products and implement it in new products during development

- Product and process benchmarking
- Review & signoff supplier DVP for adequacy as TSES
- LOI and quality requirments (warranty & service agreement )signoff with suppliers
- Ensure that all parts meet regulatory, safety and customer-specific quality standards, including relevant certifications (e.g., AIS, ISO, IEC & TVSM standards etc.).
- Responsible for conducting QMS audits for supplier evaluation & onboarding of new vendor/supplier.
- Responsible for conducting PPAP audits to qualify part for mass production
- Review and provide feedback on product requirements & drawings with designer at every stage of product development.




- Identifying and documenting defects during development phase and post launch of product and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner using QCS/8D.
- Establish process parameter suitable to PQDCSME
- product proving; dimensional ,fucntional,safety and appearance,Gauge, Fixtures, Tools development
- Develop part thru SPR process at every stage of product development as per timeline
- Understand customer journey cycle thru regular dealer visits

- Demonstrate DWM
- Implement ECM for VA/VE parts,change management based on field faiures.
- Digitization of supplier & inhouse end of lines thru IOT

Key Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (QC story/8D), with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues.
- Six sigma certifications(yellow , green / black belt ,Taguchi green belt etc)
- Product and process knowledge (EV charger & DC-DC converter)
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., AIS, ISO &IEC;) standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- QMS and PPAP audit skills
