Role Description The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure the reliability and quality of software solutions that support our talent and client ecosystem. In this full-time remote role, the engineer will create and execute test cases, perform both manual and automated testing, and collaborate closely with product, development, and operations teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.

Day-to-day activities include reviewing requirements and specifications, contributing to test strategy and planning, optimizing test coverage, and providing clear quality metrics and reports. The role also involves continuous improvement of QA processes, staying current with testing tools and best practices, and helping to ensure a seamless,



high-quality experience for internal and external users.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience ensuring end-to-end product quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in designing and executing Test Cases, including test planning, documentation, and test data management.
- Candidates should possess Manual Testing capabilities, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing in agile environments.
- Candidates should possess QA Automation expertise, including building and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Experience with common test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) and CI/CD integration is highly beneficial.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on root-cause analysis of defects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of distributed, remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience in high-growth or technology-driven sectors is a plus; interest in the beauty and personal care industry is beneficial.
