We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts across data annotation and data collection projects. This role requires someone with a robust eye for detail, excellent logical and analytical skills, and deep experience in QA workflows for structured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, preferably within annotation, labeling, or data operations environments, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, high-quality delivery settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end quality assurance for data annotation and data collection projects
- Define, implement, and enforce quality standards, guidelines, and QA processes
- Review annotated and collected data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Identify error patterns and root causes; recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Work closely with project managers, annotators, and operations teams to improve quality metrics
- Track and report quality KPIs, accuracy scores, and defect trends
- Create and maintain QA documentation, checklists, and audit reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficienc

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in:
