Role & responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
o
Ensure Document and control QMS processes, including:
Quality Policy & Objectives
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work Instructions & Records o
Ensure documented information is controlled.
o
Promote awareness of quality policies and objectives across the organization.
o
Ensure top management commitment to the QMS.
o
Report QMS performance to leadership during Management Review Meetings.
o
Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulations (FDA, CE, GMP, etc.).
