Monitor and analyse process and product quality performance.

Collect and analyse rejection, rework, defect, customer complaint and process data.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports and MIS.

Identify recurring defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Support 8D, CAPA and corrective action activities.

Monitor PPM, rejection %, rework %, FPY and other quality KPIs.

Conduct process and product audits as per the defined schedule.

Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and other departments for quality improvement.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports and relevant documentation.

Support FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow and Work Instruction reviews.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements where applicable.





Analyse customer complaints and support timely closure of customer issues.

Monitor incoming, in-process and final inspection quality trends.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, Poka-Yoke and defect prevention.

Participate in 5S, Kaizen and problem-solving activities.

Support internal, customer and third-party audits.

Train operators and team members on quality requirements and defect prevention.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
