Key Responsibilities

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing to ensure product quality.
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using defect tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and clarify test scenarios.
- Validate fixes and perform re-testing to ensure defect resolution.
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release sign-off activities.
- Ensure compliance with QA processes, standards, and SDLC methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.

Quality & Collaboration Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test reports.
- Collaborate with automation teams to support test automation execution and maintenance.




- Assist in analyzing root causes of defects and suggest preventive measures.
- Communicate test status, risks, and quality metrics clearly to stakeholders.
- Support production issues and perform post-release validation when required.

Tools & Technology Responsibilities

- Execute automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium.
- Perform API testing using Postman.
- Conduct performance or basic load testing using JMeter, as applicable.
- Ensure test environments and test data readiness.

Experience: 2–3 years

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with Selenium, Postman, and JMeter (or equivalent tools).
- Robust understanding of SDLC and QA processes.

Strong analytical and defect root-cause analysis skills Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
